Transportation Options
The Westin Lake Las Vegas is located about 30 minutes off the strip in Henderson, Nevada. We chose this location to encourage people to stay around for the event between sessions, as well as all of our after-sessions activities like our Hack Night and one-of-a-kind after party. Attendees could easily stay at the venue for all three days and never leave. That said, some may want to take advantage of the downtown night life so there are options available for that as well.
Westin Ground Transportation
The Westin Lake Las Vegas provides complimentary ground transportation to and from the McCarran Airport, as well as to the Westin hotel and casino in downtown Las Vegas. These shuttles leave every 30 minutes, and we're working with the hotel to increase that frequency during peak travel times like late evenings and Saturday morning.
Taxi Service
Uber isn't available in Las Vegas yet. If that changes we'll be sure to update this space. You can definitely still get a taxi service to downtown Las Vegas. Current fares are about $60 each way to go to the Strip, so be sure to carpool if you're headed out for a night on the town.
